Carlos Garcia, Co-Founder and Broker of BHGRE | The J. Melvin Group, is a United States Navy Veteran, former police officer and firearms instructor. Carlos has lived and worked in Anne Arundel, Howard and Montgomery County real estate since 1989 and has been a full time real estate agent since 2002.
