Tracy Edwards, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Sterling Commercial Real Estate, is a Broker specializing in multifamily sales and land acquisition for development. He brings over 10 years of experience in investment sales with an in-depth knowledge of Washington, D.C. and Northern VA having grown up in Alexandria. Over the years he has fostered relationships with many apartment owners, investors, and developers which help him find many off-market deals. Mr. Edwards will also be instrumental, along with Carlos Garcia, in building and growing Sterling Commercial Real Estate.
Prior to Sterling, Mr. Edwards learned and honed his craft at Civitas Commercial Real Estate Services, The J Street Companies, and Marcus & Millichap. He studied at the College of William and Mary and is licensed in VA and DC. He is a long time advocate for the homeless and anyone else in need. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, mentoring, working out and playing tennis.
